Testimonials
“I really enjoy the positive attitude throughout the entire workout. It seems too fun to really be considered a workout.”
-- Junior 3200m runner

“This training has put me in the position I am in now - a chance to place well at state.”
-- Sophomore miler

“Coach Spivey’s has taught us “how” to train properly. We learned about the long run, tempo running, and all different types of workouts that we had never done before. It’s not a high mileage program, to many programs lead to burnout and injury; this is one that will leave you wanting more, one that will leave you room to grow from a freshman thru senior, and leave you room to grow beyond high school if that is where you ambition and talent lead you."
-- Illinois State Cross-country champion, 2005

“I love your coaching! It's goal-oriented, incorporates a wide variety of workouts and the few speed sessions really help me focus. You always motivate and inspire me. It's so cool to have a coach who has been through it all and has so much knowledge of the sport and the best way to train. Can I come to your running camp?”
-- Footlocker Cross-country champion, 2006
