Three-time Olympian Jim Spivey can help coaches and runners improve their performance. He can address runners and coaches with a presentation filled with real-life ideas for successful training, as well as coach runners one-on-one or in groups.

In 1984, he ran his first of three Olympics, facing legendary runners like Sebastian Coe, Steve Cram, Steve Ovett and Steve Scott. He knows what it takes to run with the best. With two more Olympics and five World Championship teams behind him, he also knows what it takes to sustain excellence, both physically and mentally.

As a speaker, he brings all of his experience, mixed with a flair for storytelling, to motivate athletes and help coaches better train their teams.

With 33 years of running, and 18 years of coaching, he understands the mind of the runner. Jim's runners excel at their event, whether he's coaching elite national class athletes that have run sub-4 for the mile, strong high school runners, or 25-minute 5K adult road racers.
